MacDuff Cottage is a delightful family, 2 bedroom retreat, only metres away from the stunning beach of Elie/Earlsferry. The views from the lounge to the front are over the Elie Golf Course. The accommodation is modern, comfortable and cosy, offering a perfect base to explore the delights of the Fife coastland. Ideal for up to 4 persons with or without children and pets - a perfect location for the keen golfer, walker, or anyone wanting to enjoy the beach life..Just a short walk along from the 19th Hole with its great food and wine menu and cosy fire this is a gem of a cottage.
Accommodation
Lounge - Spacious and tastefully decorated, the sofa also converts to a comfortable double bed. There are a number of easy chairs and a phone point for incoming calls only. There is a TV with a DVD player. There is a coal effect gas fire and gch throughout. The flooring is solid oak with rugs.
Porch/Entrance - Ideal for sandy boots, golf clubs, buckets and spades.
Bedroom1 - Large double bedroom offering a king-size bed, built in wardrobes and a vanity unit.
Bedroom 2 - Bedroom with bunk beds and built in wardrobe. The tumble drier is also in this room. Kitchen - Kitchen has been recently refurbished with modern units offering a washing machine, fan assisted electric oven, electric hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, crockery, glassware and cutlery for a minimum of 6 persons. There is also a dining table in the kitchen.
Bathroom - There is a modern bathroom with WC, WHB and shower only.

Outside - The outside area at MacDuff Cottage is an area for children to play. A stone flagged patio area with patio furniture for the occasional barbeque.

• All gas and electricity costs are included in the rental.
• Linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly for rentals of 1 week or more. .
• Ironing facilities and a hair dryer are provided.
• On street parking adjacent to the property is available.
