Centrally located, The Haven, Kirk Park Road Elie is a lovely modern holiday home with great facilities. A modern semi-detached house,newly decorated with off-street parking, and an attractive enclosed garden. You are really in the heart of the village with all the shops, restaurants etc close to hand.
The living area is open plan with wood floors throughout. There is an entrance porch with good sized storage cupboard, which leads into the living area, which has a cosy coal effect gas fire, TV with freeview box, dvd, and video player. There are comfy sofas and plenty of seating space.
The dining area has an extending table that can seat 8 people. The kitchen has modern facilities, i.e. washing machine, microwave oven,gas hob, electric oven, fridge, toaster, etc. Off the kitchen and the
dining area is a good sized conservatory with comfortable seating which opens on to the very private and lovely well kept garden.
On the first floor there is a family bathroom, and two doublebedrooms, one with en-suite shower facilities. All the bedrooms havegood wardrobe space. On the second floor there is a twin room, which
also has an extra mattress available for use, and another bedroomwhich has a single bed plus trolley bed.
