23 North Street is a spacious, modern holiday home in the pretty coastal village of Elie, which enjoys Fife's micro climate and makes it one of Scotland's driest locations. The house is easily heated in winter with gch and has a bright, roomy conservatory opening out onto a private patio for enjoying the sunshine the rest of the year. This lovely Fife self-catering house sleeps 6 comfortably and is close to the harbour, Ruby Bay and Elie Watersports. The Elie Deli is just round the corner so you can be first in the queue for the morning croissant run!
Five minutes in the other direction is the sweeping curve of Elie beach with beach huts for rent, the 18 hole golf course, 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, putting and bowling green. The Fife cycle routes winding through the East Neuk villages are ideal for cyclists and for walkers there is the famous Fife coastal path with plenty of coffee stops en route. Horse riding is also close by in Kilconquhar. Elie has a variety of excellent local shops, coffee shops, family and upmarket restaurants and a post office. Edinburgh airport is just one hour away and there are swimming pools and cinemas in nearby St Andrews and Leven.

On the ground floor the accommodation comprises entrance porch, hall, large open plan L-shaped living room/dining room with French doors from the dining area out to garden and a door giving access to conservatory. The kitchen also has a back door to the patio area. The shower room is on the ground floor. The upper level accommodates the 3 bedrooms, two with fitted wardrobes, and the family bathroom. At the front of the property there is a spacious drive allowing for off street parking for 2 cars.
