QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ACCOMMODATION

Question : What is the key collection arrangements for my booking?

Answer : When you have made payment for  your booking the key collection arrangements will be included with your receipt confirmation. Extra sets of keys will be available within the apartment or on request.

Question : Where do I leave the keys when departing?

Answer : Please leave all extra sets of keys in the property and return the set you collected to the key box or the area you collected them from.

Question : What time can I arrive at the apartment?

Answer : You can arrive anytime after 4pm on the first day of your booking. Early arrivals may be available, if you have a requirement for this please contact us on +44 (0)1334 208330 or email info@fifecottages.co.uk

Question : What time do I have to vacate the apartment?

Answer : We would ask that you vacate your apartment by 10am on the last day of your booking. Late departures / luggage storage may be available, if you have a requirement for this please contact us on +44 (0)1334 208330 or email info@fifecottages.co.uk

LAUNDRY ARRANGEMENTS

Question: Do I have to bring my own linen / bedding ?

Answer : No, all Fife Cottages properties are prepared with fresh laundry and towels for guests, if you have any special requirements please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Question : Can I arrange for an extra clean and a change of laundry ?

Answer : Yes, for longer lets we can arrange for weekly cleans / linen changes at an extra cost. Please call to confirm costs and to book this in.

Question : How should I leave the cottage on departure ?

Answer : We ask guests to strip the beds that have been used and leave used laundry in the bathroom. We also ask that all bottles and any excess rubbish be taken to the local recycling centre.

Question: Is there parking available with this property?

FACILITIES

Question: What facilities are available at the property?

Answer: The facilities vary from property to property, each individual unit has a full description of its facilities in the individual property description on our website.

Question: Is there wifi in the property?

Answer:  All our properties have wifi although the speed may differ in each town.

Question:  Is there freeview TV?

Answer:   All properties have Freeview digital TV.  Some have SKY channels or BT digital channels, please check individual property descriptions.

Question:  Is there gas central heating (GCH)?

Answer: All properties have either gas or oil central heating.
